GENERAL RULES
I) General rules
1) These internal regulations establish general rules for a comfortable stay, regulating the relationship between guests, forms, schedules and mode of use of the facilities. It is applicable without prejudice to the general rules in this regard.
2) Every guest accepts these regulations in accordance. Any violation of this law entitles the hotel to take the necessary measures so that the general interest prevails, thus enshrining the right of expulsion established in the Civil Code.
II) Income and rates:
1) The entrance time to the Complex is scheduled from 3:00 p.m.
2) At the time of occupation, the capacities of the units must be respected. HOTEL NIRVANA will have the right of expulsion if this rule is not respected.
3) Upon arrival, the guest must pay the amount corresponding to the accommodation.
4) Any consumption made at an internal point of sale of the hotel is presumed to imply acceptance of the price and will be charged to your account, which you will pay at the time of check out.
5) Any drink brought that is not provided and sold by the hotel will have a corkage cost that will be charged to your account.
6) Check-out time is at 12 o’clock.
7) Late check-out will be from 12 noon. For this, half the accommodation rate will be charged and will give the right to stay in the room until 6:00 p.m. Late check-out is subject to availability. After this period, HOTEL NIRVANA reserves the right to vacate the room according to the need of the day in question and the amount proportional to 50% of the RACK Rate will be automatically charged to your account until 6:00 p.m. After this, the amount will increase to 100% of the daily rate.
8) Upon entry, the Hotel may require the user to leave a credit card voucher worth US$500 as a guarantee for the consumptions to be made, which will be returned upon departure, ensuring HOTEL NIRVANA the custody and return of the same.
9) An inventory of the unit will be carried out prior to entry, with the guest being obliged to pay for any shortages found upon departure.
10) The user may not exceed the contracted capacity. The use of the Facilities is reserved exclusively for Stayed Guests or members of the Nirvana Club and must be carried out in accordance with the Internal Regulations, which will be in the rooms, which establishes the rules of internal coexistence and respect for all signage and indications that are provided by HOTEL NIRVANA officials, preserving peaceful coexistence in any case.
11) Regarding minors, the rates include one child under 12 years of age free of charge for each adult, depending on the capacity of the rooms. Standard and superior rooms allow only one child.
12) Pets are not allowed.
13) Smoking is strictly prohibited in accordance with current regulations, except in the sectors designated for such purposes.
14) The corresponding VAT (value added tax) will be added to all rates for all services.
15) The user will be responsible for any damage caused to things or people during their stay.
III) Of the common areas and services:
1) The quiet hours are from 2 to 4 p.m. and from midnight to 8 a.m. During this time it is prohibited to use radios, televisions with high volume or other annoying noises in order to prevent rest and tranquility of passengers. Regardless of these circumstances, within hours not established as silence, guests must behave in accordance with the general rules of coexistence, taking special care with the volume of musical devices, instruments and any other sound emitter that may not exceed the permitted decibels by municipal regulations. Meetings must be carried out with full respect for adjacent guests.
2) After midnight, meetings are not allowed in the Public Areas of the Complex, except for some space in which the Complex has a planned Activity.
3) Room cleaning will be carried out in the morning, and the guest must put up the corresponding sign indicating that they are free for this purpose.
4) In case of damaging or dirtying the building or furniture, as well as losing the keys, it is the causer who pays for the damage caused. Payments of this type are made immediately and in cash (in the case of groups, the person responsible, if applicable, representing the organizer, must advance the amount). Theft, theft or intentional damage will be reported immediately to the police. It is prohibited to carry out any act that causes damage or harm to the hotel or other guests, or is contrary to properness or social behavior.
5) It is prohibited to enter the common areas in a swimsuit or without a shirt. It is not permitted to enter Public Areas of the Complex in Swim Shorts without a T-shirt and/or T-shirt.
6) The Spa facilities must be used only by those over 13 years of age.
7) The spa and weight room hours are from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
8) The outdoor pool area has a pool from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., during the times when the outdoor pool is enabled.
9) The indoor pool area does not include a lifeguard service and its use is the exclusive responsibility of the guests. Minors must be accompanied by their parents or guardians, otherwise, they must sign a permit where they accept responsibility.
10) They have a maximum depth of 2.80 meters for the outdoor pool and 1.40 meters for the indoor pool.
11) For safety reasons, we suggest that you do not walk through the pool areas at night, violating this rule being the sole responsibility of the guest.
12) The use of bicycles is the exclusive responsibility of the client.
13) The use of horses is the exclusive responsibility of the clients.
14) Bathrobes and pool towels will be found in the room. At the time of check-out, they must be left on the bed so that they can be inventoried by the maid. If any of them are missing, they will be charged as consumption (60 u$s).
15) The proper use of gardens is requested. Walking on flowerbeds is prohibited.
16) It is prohibited to hang clothes on terraces and exterior windows.
17) Regarding the sports fields, they need to be noted by schedule for their use and this is the responsibility of the clients.
18) We remember that we do not have a valet parking service, so any request made to our staff will be the exclusive responsibility of the guest who requests it.
19) Regarding the values, they are subject to the entry form. HOTEL NIRVANA is not responsible for objects and/or valuables left in your unit and/or Public Areas. All our apartments have Individual Safe Box for exclusive use. For everyone’s peace of mind, we suggest its use. If you carry valuables, they must be declared upon entry. HOTEL NIRVANA reserves the right to store all those values or objects that are deemed not essential for the passenger’s stay, thus disclaiming all responsibility. Failure to declare values by the guest releases HOTEL NIRVANA from liability.
20) The Complex promotes Activities of various kinds. Whether in-house or outsourced. By taking part in any of them, the guest declares to be in perfect health condition to carry them out and exempts HOTEL NIRVANA from any accident/incident resulting from them. The passenger declares that he or she is aware of the inherent risks and also undertakes to carry out any activities in full respect of the internal regulations and standards of the complex, exempting HOTEL NIRVANA from all responsibility in the use of bicycles, horses and similar and services not provided by the latter directly or indirectly. In the case of affinity agreements with other companies, HOTEL NIRVANA will not be responsible for the contracting of those services by the guest; such contracting is the exclusive decision of the guest and therefore exempts HOTEL NIRVANA from all responsibility. In this act, the guest receives information regarding the outsourced activities.
21) Users are obliged to respect the instructions that may be given by those in charge of organizing services such as swimming, the use of horses, etc.
IV) Cancellation policy
1) General conditions: Reservations will be guaranteed with credit card or bank deposits. No cancellation fees will be charged up to 72 hours before check-in.
2) If the cancellation is made after these 72 hours or in case of no show, the amount corresponding to one night’s accommodation will be charged. This is not applicable for national holidays or vacations or special dates.
3) Vacations and holidays: Minimum number of nights 2. Reservations are confirmed by paying the total amount of the stay in advance. There are no cancellation fees until 7 days before the check-in date, and the advance amount will be credited to your account to use for a future stay.
4) In case of non-cancellation on date or no show, the amounts charged in advance will not be refundable.
5) The guest must notify, except in duly accredited cases of unavoidable casualty, within a maximum period of 10 days.
6) In case of violation of one or more of the conditions mentioned above, HOTEL NIRVANA has the right to immediately terminate the accommodation contract. The client is also obliged to pay for all the days of accommodation set in the reservation. By way of example, HOTEL NIRVANA may terminate the accommodation contract if:
7) – The contracting party does not comply with a pending obligation.
8) – Compliance with the contract is impossible due to unavoidable casualty, strike or other circumstances not attributable to HOTEL NIRVANA.
9) – The contracting party gives confusing or false information about important data.
10) HOTEL NIRVANA has justified reasons to believe that the use of the services by the Contracting Party may endanger the good performance of the business of the HOTEL NIRVANA, the security or the public image of the Hotel.
11) – Behaviors are carried out that offend other clients or the workers of the NIRVANA HOTEL.
12) You declare that you have been duly informed of the contracting conditions of the service, and the Hotel is not responsible except for the correct information of: a) the contracting conditions, b) characteristics of the contracted service, and c) for complying with the activity that It was in charge of housing him and making his/her stay comfortable.
